We Care About The Details

Customer Focus and Experience are the foundations of Fenton TM’s business ethic and the main contributor to our success. Our customers are not just limited to the paying client we also have a responsibility to our employees, shareholders and the general public. Delivery of the customer experience is crucial to the perception of value offered by us.

Value is now centred in the experience of consumers, rather than embedded in just the goods and service offered. In this way we deliver a unique customer experience, one implanted deeply in our core values and behaviours. What sets us apart is we get to know our customers.

Communication is Key

From Senior Management to TM Operatives, all the team have a wealth of experience in all aspects of Traffic Management from Low Speed to High Speed and certifications in NRSWA Street works and Lantra Highway Sector Scheme qualifications ensure we cater for all our clients’ needs when it comes to working under their policy requirements.

We attend site meetings to participate collaboratively with yourself and all the stakeholders to listen to the requirements at the early design and planning stages, advise on the best and safest TM scheme to enable you to carry out your works, which in turn enables us to produce full O/S traffic management drawings for you to submit with your TMA.

During a site survey of the proposed scheme, we will collect all the information required including a sketch of the site and photographs.

operations.

Please be assured we are preparing for our services to continue as normal. We have business

business-as-usual service to our customers should an infection occur within our organisation. These

include implementing clear guidelines for employees, providing support and advice for anyone who

needs to self-quarantine, and issuing guidance on following safe hygiene practices across the

company.

Our Operations team have the technology to enable them to work from home should the need arise.

So, all communications with our clients and operatives can and will be maintained.

We’ve also implemented a social distancing policy in our Offices and Depot areas, also we are urging

all visitors to follow hygiene advice. Hand sanitisers and tissues have been ordered.

A Coronavirus awareness process has been implemented for office staff and operatives in the field

through a combination of toolbox talks, emails and posters and clear instructions will be given in the

event employees suspect they have been exposed to Coronavirus.

We are actively monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation from authoritative resources and

we will continue to take steps to help keep our clients and employees safe during this time. We will

provide any updates via our website and direct communication as the situation develops.
